Participant Registration $150 Deposit - M28 Winter 2026
M28 Winter Retreat
WHEN: February 13-16, 2026
WHERE: Hargis Christian Camp (928 CR 461, Chelsea, AL 35043)
COST: $275 per participant
RETREAT INFORMATION:
Cost includes 3 nights lodging, 8 meals, 6 worship sessions, and all programming
$150 non-refundable deposit per person is due at the time of registration
Final Balance will be due January 9, 2026
A one-time $125 Group Admin Fee will be added to each church’s final invoice.
When you register, you are agreeing to PAY IN FULL by January 9, 2026 for the total number of participants for which you register.
Housing - Your group will be housed in bunk style cabins with other participants where we will place a group of your participants with one of the adult chaperones you are bringing with you. You may request 1 bunk-mate per person. Bring a pillow, sheets and a blanket or a sleeping bag along with bath towels, and all toiletries.
Discipleship Groups- You will be participating in discipleship and activities with your D-Group throughout the weekend. We will do our best to put 2 participants from your group together in a group.
Location- Hargis Christian Camp (928 CR 461; Chelsea, AL, 35043) We are excited to host this M28 retreat at Hargis whose mission is "To Make Jesus Known."
Free Time- There will be free time scheduled in the afternoons. We will provide activities that you can sign up for your group to participate in. You will receive a link to that sign up after you register for the retreat.
