Who We Are

M28 exists to disciple the next generation to know Jesus and to make Him known.

M28 Ministries is a Christ-centered, nonprofit discipleship ministry dedicated to helping students, leaders, and families know Jesus deeply and follow Him faithfully. Rooted in the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19–20, we exist to awaken hearts to Jesus and equip the next generation to live as His disciples. Through summer camps, retreats, conferences, leadership development, curriculum, and mission opportunities, we create environments where biblical teaching, passionate worship, authentic community, and intentional discipleship come together to help people encounter God and grow in their faith.

  • Five Sessions | June–July | Lake Junaluska, North Carolina

    M28 Summer is the heartbeat of our ministry. Over five life-changing weeks, middle and high school students experience dynamic worship, biblical teaching, intentional discipleship groups, engaging recreation, and meaningful community. Every aspect of camp is designed to help students encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and return home equipped to make disciples in their schools, churches, and communities.

  • President's Day Weekend | Hargis Christian Camp | Alabama

    M28 Winter is a high-energy discipleship weekend created to encourage students during the school year. Through powerful worship, relevant biblical teaching, small groups, recreation, and intentional time away from everyday distractions, students are challenged to deepen their relationship with Christ and strengthen their connection to the local church.

  • 4th–6th Grade Retreat | March | Lake Forest Ranch, Mississippi

    Basics of Faith is a weekend retreat designed specifically for tweens as they begin developing their own personal faith. Through engaging worship, age-appropriate teaching, interactive activities, and small group discussions, students discover the foundational truths of Scripture while building friendships and confidence in following Jesus.

  • Year-Round Leadership Development

    M28 exists to invest in the next generation of ministry leaders. Throughout the year, our college staff participate in intentional discipleship, leadership development, spiritual formation, and ministry training. These students are equipped to lead with humility, serve the local church, and become disciple-makers wherever God calls them.

  • M28 partners with churches to lead Christ-centered worship experiences, retreats, and Disciple Now weekends. Whether serving one congregation or multiple churches together, our team provides worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, and leadership that encourages students and strengthens the ministry of the local church.   • In Partnership with Salt + Light Honduras

    Each year, M28 sends a team of college leaders to Honduras to serve alongside Salt + Light Honduras in hosting youth camps and ministry opportunities for local students. Through worship, teaching, recreation, and relationship-building, we partner with local churches to encourage young believers, share the Gospel, and equip the next generation of Christian leaders around the world.

  • Healthy ministries don't happen by accident. M28 partners with churches and ministry leaders by providing coaching, strategic planning, volunteer development, curriculum planning, event consultation, and leadership training. Our goal is to encourage and equip churches to build sustainable, disciple-making ministries that faithfully serve their communities.

  • M28 develops biblically grounded resources to help churches disciple students throughout the year. From small group curriculum and devotionals to podcasts, digital media, leader guides, and teaching materials, our resources are designed to equip churches, encourage leaders, and help students continue growing in their faith long after an event ends.
