APRIL 9-11, 2027 + LAKE FOREST RANCH + MACON, MS
About Basics of Faith
Every follower of Jesus has to start somewhere.
M28 Basics of Faith is a weekend retreat created specifically for 4th–6th grade students who are beginning to ask big questions about God, the Bible, and what it means to follow Jesus. Through engaging worship, age-appropriate teaching, interactive activities, and small group discussions, students will explore the foundational truths of the Christian faith in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment.
Throughout the weekend, students will learn about who God is, why Jesus came, how to read the Bible, how to pray, the work of the Holy Spirit, and what it looks like to live as a disciple of Christ. Our goal is not simply to give students information, but to help them begin a lifelong relationship with Jesus and establish spiritual habits that will help them grow for years to come.
Whether a student is exploring faith for the first time or has recently made a decision to follow Christ, Basics of Faith provides a strong biblical foundation and equips them to confidently live out their faith at home, at school, and in their church.
